Hotel Dnister

OK, so it may not be the prettiest building in Lviv, but this 80's style oblong more than makes up for stylistic drawbacks with its 'felicitous' setting, as the promo bumph declares. We heartily agree, and if you can snag a north-facing room you're in for a treat here as the Dnister crowns one the hills overlooking the Old Town. You're right by the famed Cathedral of St George (Sw. Jura) and it's a short and pleasant walk into town. There are a whopping 141 rooms on hand, ranging from spacious suites to 'economy' basics. All come with private bathrooms. |
