Lviv Airport

|
No, it's not a Roman temple, it's Lviv's International Airport. Several major airlines fly to and fro, including Austrian Airlines, Lot Polish Airlines, Aerosvit and of course Ukraine International Airlines. The airport is located 6 km outside the city, and it has most of the trimmings that you'll need, including cafes, cash machines and bureaux de changes. To get to the centre, you can hop on a no 9 or 95 bus for 0.50 hryvnia (0.06 Euros). Buses leave every 10 minutes and take about 25 minutes. Taxis will cost much, much more - if you're charged more than 75 hryvnia (10 Euros), then something's amiss. |
