Fashionable Week In Fashionable Lviv
Twenty five collections of well–known and "neophyte" designers from Ukraine, Poland, Russia, France, Estonia and Latvia appeared on the runways of Lviv Fashion Week, to the joy of over 12000 guests and fashion-lovers.
Yuliya Lehiv's show was a real treat: instead of models, the designer used the most famous Ukrainian writers. Other shows included Petro-Nesterenko’s colorful men's collection and new collections for the autumn-winter season of 2009/10 by Baiba Ripa and Britt Samoson, Christophe le Bo pręt-ŕ-porter and wedding dresses and interesting collections by Konstantin Ponomaryov, Rusha Polyakova, Atsentyuk & Mykytyuk, Agnieszka Swiatly and Alicja Czarniecka.
The runway shows were accompanied by different art events, exhibitions and charity auctions. The third edition of Lviv Fashion Week really proved the city to be one of the most fashionable places in the entire world.
