Celentano

This pizzeria takes it's name from the legendary Celentano brothers, who were veritable pizza tycoons back in the 1950's. If you've got a soft spot for the mozzarella marvel that is pizza, Celentano is arguably your best bet in town. You can find it just round corner from the opera house, and once inside you are free to construct your own masterpiece by picking out the various toppings that take your fancy.

has turned into a pretty big chain - but the food, service and value are still pretty good.

I lived in Kiev for 3 years and practically lived of of Celentanos. Their pizza was the best bargain (and best tasting) in town.
