"We stayed at Grand which was excellent and ate here on the first night. Very classic and good service. Lviv a beautifulful city - we wonder how long it will go 'undiscoverred". This particular restaurant was a lot more expensive than the norm in Lviv but we enjoyed the treat. "

"I lived in Kiev for 3 years and practically lived of of Celentanos. Their pizza was the best bargain (and best tasting) in town."

"Though pricey (in relative terms, of course,) the food at the Viennese Cafe is among the best in Lviv. The cafe offers many tender delightful meat dishes (especially veal) which come in a variety of sauces. Sides are puchased separately but are served on the same dish. The cafe has a wide selection of drinks, including of course alcohol and also refreshing fresh fruit smoothies. Service is very good for Lviv and the location can't be beat. Opt for outside seating if possible, it really does add the the atmosphere. The Viennese Cafe will treat you to a taste of Vienna, at only a fraction of Vienna prices."

"Arrived here about 530 after the rather draining overnight bus from Krakow, and found the Grand Hotel the only place open for food. Had a large and wonderfully tasty breakfast feast -Yummy! A bit pricey."
